Hustle is building a bench of AI trainers who can take learners from "what is AI?" to "I built this myself." We're looking for practitioners who use AI in real work every day and can teach it in a way that's hands-on, clear and immediately useful.
You'll train individuals and corporate teams across one or more of the following tracks:
- AI Foundations: everyday Generative AI for beginners, covering prompting, writing, research and productivity with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot
- Claude for Work: using Claude for documents, analysis, reporting, Projects, Artifacts and workplace workflows
- Agentic AI & Automation: AI agents, multi-step workflows, MCP and automation platforms such as n8n, Make and Power Automate
- Vibe Coding: building apps, tools and websites with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Cursor, without needing a traditional engineering background
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual and in-house corporate training in your track
- Run live demos and guided hands-on exercises, so learners leave with something they built
- Adapt content and examples to each audience, from beginners to technical teams and from SMEs to enterprises
- Help learners troubleshoot prompts, workflows, automations or code during sessions
- Contribute to course updates as AI tools and features change
- Coach learners on responsible AI use, including checking outputs, data privacy and good judgement
- Work with our training, operations and curriculum teams to keep standards high
