About These Policies

Hustle is a creative education platform operating in Asia. Hustle Academy, Hustle Institute and Hustle Malaysia are the registered training providers within the group.

For the purposes of these policies, “Hustle”, “Hustle Singapore”, “we”, “us” or “our” collectively refers to Hustle Academy, Hustle Institute, Hustle Malaysia and their respective operating or legal entities, where applicable.

The specific training provider responsible for a learner’s registration, course delivery, payment, refund, certification and personal data will be the provider identified in the learner’s registration form, invoice, receipt, enrolment confirmation, Learner’s Contract or other applicable document (the “Relevant Training Provider”).

Where these policies refer to the “Relevant Training Provider”, this means the particular Hustle Group training provider with which the learner has enrolled or contracted.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by Singapore law.

Refund Policies

Payment of Course Fees

  • Full payment of all applicable course fees and Goods and Services Tax (“GST”), whether based on the full course fee or the net course fee after applicable government subsidies, must be made on or before the commencement of the first lesson.

$30 Registration Deposit

  • The $30 registration deposit is refundable only where a written cancellation or withdrawal request is received by Hustle Singapore at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled course commencement date. Where notice is received fewer than 14 calendar days before the course commencement date, the $30 registration deposit shall be strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the cancellation or withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, medical appointments, work commitments, travel arrangements, personal emergencies or changes in availability.

Course Fee Payments and Course Fee Top-Ups

  • All self-funded course fee payments and cash top-ups made towards a course are final and non-refundable once payment has been made.

For the purposes of this policy, “self-funded course fee payments and cash top-ups” refer to any amount paid directly by the learner, or on the learner’s behalf, that is not paid using SkillsFuture Credit or the Post-Secondary Education Account (“PSEA”). This applies regardless of whether payment is made by cash, PayNow, credit or debit card, bank transfer or any other payment method.

Where a learner is unable to attend the registered course or intake, the learner may request to transfer the amount paid to another available course or intake offered by the Relevant Training Provider. All transfer requests are subject to course availability, eligibility requirements and approval by the Relevant Training Provider.

Where the replacement course has a higher payable course fee, the learner must pay the difference before the transfer is confirmed. Where the replacement course has a lower payable course fee, the difference will not be refunded or paid out in cash.

No cash refund will be granted due to non-attendance, withdrawal, non-completion, failure to attend the first or subsequent lessons, illness, work commitments, travel arrangements, personal circumstances or any other learner-initiated reason.

The transfer option is provided as an alternative to a refund and does not create an entitlement to a cash refund. Nothing in this policy excludes any refund or remedy that the Relevant Training Provider is required to provide under applicable law.

Cancellation by Hustle Singapore

  • Where a course is cancelled by Hustle Singapore due to insufficient enrolment, operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances, learners will receive a full refund of the registration deposit and course fees paid for the cancelled course.

A postponement, rescheduling, change of trainer, change of venue or reasonable change in delivery mode does not constitute a cancellation of the course. Hustle Singapore reserves the right to make such changes where reasonably necessary and will inform affected learners in a timely manner.

Nothing in this policy excludes any refund or remedy that Hustle Singapore is required to provide under applicable law.

Learner's Contract

Policies, the Learner's Contract, course-specific terms, enrollment forms, declarations, and acknowledgements together constitute the contractual agreement between learner and academy. Enrollment signifies agreement to these policies and the Learner's Contract governing participation, assessments, payments, refunds, conduct, certifications, and administration throughout the program.
