We are looking for passionate and industry-driven Design Trainers to deliver engaging, hands-on learning in graphic design, Canva, Generative AI for design and digital art.
We are seeking trainers who are not only technically skilled, but are also active designers or artists with real-world experience and a strong portfolio to showcase. You'll help learners of all levels, from complete beginners to working professionals, create polished visuals with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom-based and practical design training sessions for adult learners, working professionals and corporate teams
- Teach Canva for social media, marketing materials, presentations and brand assets
- Guide learners in using Generative AI tools to ideate, generate and refine design work
- Facilitate digital art and illustration sessions, from fundamentals to finished pieces
- Teach core design principles such as layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy
- Run live demonstrations, guided exercises and project-based activities
- Support learners in assessments, portfolio development and project work
- Ensure training delivery aligns with curriculum requirements, learning outcomes and organisational standards
- Maintain a positive, engaging and professional classroom environment
- Work closely with the training, operations and academic teams to support programme delivery
- Stay updated with design trends, creative tools and emerging AI design technologies
