We are seeking trainers who are not only technically skilled, but are also active creative practitioners with real-world industry experience and a strong portfolio of works to showcase.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom-based and practical training sessions for adult learners and working professionals
• Facilitate hands-on learning activities, demonstrations, discussions, and project-based exercises
• Guide learners in creative workflows involving photography, videography, editing, storytelling, branding, content strategy, and digital media production
• Share practical industry knowledge, production techniques, and real-world experiences during training sessions
• Support learners in assessments, portfolio development, and project execution
• Ensure training delivery aligns with curriculum requirements, learning outcomes, and organisational standards
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional classroom environment
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively and ensure smooth class facilitation
• Work closely with the training, operations, and academic teams to support programme delivery
• Stay updated with current industry trends, creative tools, digital platforms, and emerging AI technologies
