Job Description

We are looking for passionate, confident, and engaging Soft Skills Trainers to deliver interactive and meaningful learning experiences for adult learners and working professionals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong facilitation and communication abilities, confidence in speaking and engaging with audiences, and the ability to create a positive and dynamic classroom environment. Beyond teaching experience, we are looking for trainers who are able to connect with learners, facilitate discussions effectively, and confidently host or present in front of groups.

Applicants should also be able to demonstrate their professional experience, facilitation background, speaking engagements, workshops, or training portfolio through past works and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging classroom-based and workshop-style training sessions for adult learners and corporate participants
  • Facilitate discussions, roleplays, presentations, experiential activities, and group-based learning exercises
  • Deliver learner-centred training experiences aligned to learning objectives and programme outcomes
  • Guide learners in areas such as communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, customer service, workplace professionalism, public speaking, and personal development
  • Share practical workplace experiences, case studies, and real-world applications during training sessions
  • Build learner confidence through interactive facilitation and meaningful engagement
  • Manage classroom dynamics effectively and maintain a positive, professional, and conducive learning environment
  • Confidently host, present, and facilitate sessions for small to large groups
  • Work closely with training, operations, and academic teams to support programme delivery
  • Stay updated with workplace trends, facilitation methods, and adult learning practices
