A4 International is a Singapore-based property, strata and facility management company with more than 20 years of industry experience. Starting out in 1996 as a small firm handling two residential projects, it now provides managing agent services for developments across Singapore.

The A4 International team was already exploring a mix of AI and productivity tools, but wanted a clearer way to use them together in their day-to-day work.

A4 International wanted to learn how to:

• Turn outlines and documents into polished, on-brand presentations with Gamma AI
• Work through documents and meeting notes faster with NotebookLM
• Plan calendars and meeting bookings more efficiently with Calendly
• Draft and reply to emails faster without losing accuracy
• Connect these tools into one everyday workflow

Hustle delivered a customised Generative AI for Productivity programme across four full-day sessions, with extra hands-on time on Gamma AI, the team's main focus.

The hands-on programme covered:

• Prompting best practices, with a side-by-side look at ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude
• Creating slide decks in Gamma AI from documents and outlines
• Customising Gamma AI styles, themes and interactivity
• Using NotebookLM to summarise documents, automate meeting notes and track tasks
• Planning calendars and meeting follow-ups with Calendly and AI
• Drafting, rewriting and replying to emails faster with AI
• Chaining the tools together: notes in NotebookLM, an outline from Claude or ChatGPT, a deck in Gamma AI and follow-ups through Calendly

Exercises were built around the documents, meetings and presentations the team handles every day, so participants practised on real work.
