Over three hands-on days you take an everyday problem from your own work and turn it into something that runs: an app, a dashboard, an internal tool, an assistant or a chatbot. You describe what you need in plain language, and build it with Claude and Cowork.
You will also connect Claude to the tools you already use. Through MCP it can read your files in Google Drive, pull information out of Gmail, work alongside your team in Slack, and carry out multi-step tasks instead of answering one question at a time.
You leave with a working prototype of your own, and with a clear idea of how to put it in front of your team.

Do I need to know how to code?

What will I actually build?

Is this the chatbot course?
×Yes, in practice. Our separate chatbot workshop is no longer running, and chatbots are now built here on Claude, connected to your own files and tools rather than a drag-and-drop builder.
How long is the course?
×25 hours, run over three days.
Is the course fee SkillsFuture claimable?
×Yes. Singapore Citizens and PRs receive SkillsFuture course fee subsidies of up to 70%, and Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use SkillsFuture Credit on what remains. The nett fee starts at $454.35.
Is the course eligible for the NTUC AI tools subsidy?
×Yes. This course qualifies under the NTUC AI tools funding scheme, so NTUC members receive subsidies for eligible AI tool subscriptions used in class. After completing the course, submit the claim through the UTAP portal with your course completion and subscription payment documents.
Will I receive a certificate?
×Yes, two. A WSQ Statement of Attainment, plus a Hustle certificate issued digitally through Certifier, which you can share on LinkedIn or in a portfolio.
Can my company sponsor me?
×Yes, and many learners are company-sponsored. SMEs can tap Enhanced Training Support for up to 70% of the fee, and SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit can cover the rest. We can walk your HR team through it.
