Helping Teams Across Industries
Do I need to know how to play guitar before joining?
×Yes, this course is for learners who already have basic guitar skills. You should be comfortable playing common open chords and strumming in time. We won't be teaching guitar from scratch; the focus is entirely on using your existing skills to produce original music.
I'm a complete beginner at guitar. Can I still join?
×This course may be challenging if you've never played before. We recommend getting comfortable with the basics of guitar first, then coming back to join this course when you're ready.
What software will we be using?
×You'll be producing on BandLab, a free, user-friendly DAW that works on both desktop and mobile. No paid software or subscriptions required.
Do I need to bring my own guitar?
×Guitars and necessary equipment are provided in class. That said, if you have your own guitar, feel free to bring it along, it's always more comfortable playing on your own instrument.
Do I need to bring a laptop?
×We recommend bringing your own laptop for the best experience. Laptops are available to borrow from our centre on a first-come, first-served basis, just let us know in advance if you need one.
How long is the course?
×The workshop runs over 2 days (16 hours total). We offer both weekday and weekend intakes to suit your schedule.
