I started with photography — learning to notice the small things.
By 16, it became more serious. I began understudying a wedding photographer, learning not just how to shoot, but how to see.
Weddings became my foundation — fast, emotional, unpredictable. I said yes to almost everything. But one thing stayed constant: story comes first.
Video came naturally after. Same instinct, just in motion.
Most days start with a cup of black coffee — a quiet pause before everything begins.
Still chasing the same thing — something real, something worth remembering.

Make visible what, without you, might perhaps never have been seen.

Reading and long car drives — time to think, reset, and just be.

Isopods — oddly fascinating once you start paying attention.

Unpredictable — but not in a loud way.

Playing calm music before class — it helps ease people into the space.

I shot and collaborated with some of my favourite coffee equipment brands to produce content for them — Timemore, 1zpresso, Varia, SMEG, just to name a few.

Shooting professionally for 17 years now. Teaching for 2 years.

I get a huge sense of satisfaction when learners come up to me and tell me they've learnt a lot from me and are motivated to apply what they learnt in their respective industry.
If your class had one "unwritten rule", what would it be?
Don't be shy to ask questions.
